Concert season starts in Volkspark
Kaiserslautern starts its annual outdoor concert season at 11 a.m. Sunday in Volkspark. The group Pfaelzer Musikanten presents a mix of brass music. Every two weeks until Sept. 4, concerts will take place from 11 a.m. to 1 p.m. Admission is free. Next to the music pavilion, children can enjoy an adventure playground. Beverages and little snacks are available at a bistro. Volkspark, with its duck pond, is located on the corner of Donnersberger and Entersweiler Strasse, next to the public swimming pool Warmfreibad.
