JOINT BASE SAN ANTONIO — The Air Force Personnel Center Retirements and Separations Branch will host two officer and two enlisted retirement webinars in April to provide interested Airmen with information and guidance on the retirement process.
Enlisted webinars will be conducted 9 a.m. and 5 p.m. April 7 CST, on the Defense Connect Online website at https://connect.dco.dod.mil/enlisted-rets-101/. Officer webinars will be 9 a.m. and 5 p.m. April 9 CST on the DCO website at https://connect.dco.dod.mil/officer-rets-101/.
“As they near retirement, many Airmen have questions about the process, requirements, possible active duty service commitment waivers and more,” said Tech. Sgt. Winsome Culley, assigned to the retirement policy section. “We want to provide them with as much information as possible and will cover information on the most common questions.”
For Airmen who are unable to sit in on the webinars, slides and a list of questions and answers generated during the sessions will be posted to “myPers” a couple of days after each session.
Airmen interested in the sessions are encouraged to log in early to ensure they are ready for the session.
For more information about Air Force personnel programs go to “myPers.” Individuals who do not have a “myPers” account can request one at www.retirees.af.mil/shared/media/document/AFD-120510-068.pdf.
