Airman found guilty by panel for drunkenness

A Senior Airman assigned to the 435th Logistics Readiness Squadron was tried in a
special court-martial and found guilty by a panel of enlisted and officer members of one charge and specification of drunkenness, which conduct was of a nature to bring discredit upon the armed forces, in violation of Article 134, of the UCMJ. 

The Airman was found by German Polizei urinating on a bakery in downtown Kaiserslautern in the early morning of March 14.  According to the officers, when the Airman was questioned about his behavior, he extended his middle finger toward them.  
At the time of the incident, the Airman had a Blood Alcohol Level of 0.17. The Airman was sentenced to 15 days confinement and reduction to the grade of E-2.
