Brig. Gen. C.K Hyde, 86th Airlift Wing commander, passes the Mission Support Group guidon to Col. Troy Dunn, the new 86th MSG commander, Wednesday on Ramstein. The 86th MSG provides military and civilian personnel, morale, welfare and recreation, force protection, contracting, postal and communication services to Team Ramstein.
