Window to Rheinland-Pfalz information counter
The printed version of the 2017 English calendar of events for the Ramstein and Kaiserslautern area is now available at the “Window to Rheinland-Pfalz” information counter at the KMCC. Since 2011, 15,000 copies of the booklet are published each year by the city of Ramstein-Miesenbach as a joint venture with several neighboring communities. The event calendar is a popular source of information for the American military members and their families to find out what is going on throughout the year in the local area. It is distributed free of charge.

The community of Kottweiler-Schwanden had invited the U.S. participants and their families to the local community hall to cook traditional German meals for their loved ones and spend time together. Roughly 50 service members accepted the invitation and enjoyed the freshly prepared meals with their children.
