U.S. and NATO military members raise their countries’ flags during the opening ceremony for exercise Saber Strike 17 June 3 at Adazi Military Base, Latvia. 11,000 U.S. and NATO military members from 20 countries participated in the exercise from May 28 to June 24 throughout the Baltics and Poland.
