After a long day of rain, rucking and climbing, Soldiers from the 18th Military Police Brigade and German army return to their home base during exercise Alpendistel 2016. The two-day German mountain warfare training exercise took place July 20 to 21 and July 27 to 28 in Bad Reichenhall, Germany. The exercise is designed to challenge the physical and mental toughness of the participants as well as prove their proficiency in mountain operations. The teams were led by specially trained instructors from the German army’s 23rd Mountain Brigade.

The other day while browsing Facebook for funny fail videos, I came across something even more outrageous. It was an article — recently gaining considerable coverage — attempting to debunk the need for dental floss by claiming no significant evidence exists to support flossing.
