The Air Force Deployment Transition Center on Ramstein first opened its
doors July 10, 2010, and as of Jan. 4, more than 5,000 service members
have processed through the center.

The 21st Theater Sustainment Command’s Lean Six Sigma program again received Department of the Army accolades for saving the Army and the American tax payers millions of dollars and discovering methods of conducting operations more efficiently.

A firefighter from the 886th Civil Engineer Squadron was awarded the
Military Outstanding Volunteer Service Medal Dec. 18 at Fire Station One

More than 130 paratroopers, comprised of Soldiers, Airmen and partner
nation jumpers, airdropped toys and performed an airborne jump during
the fourth annual Operation Toy Drop Dec. 13 at the Alzey Drop Zone.
