In the waiting room at Vehicle Registration on Kapaun minutes sometimes
stretch into grueling hours. In 2006, one KMC resident waited three
hours and 44 minutes to get a vehicle registered. It was a record wait.
And, it was too long.

Civil Engineer’s Corner
Due to the poor pavement condition, the speed limit has been reduced to 30 kph at the circle directly outside the West Gate. The civil engineer squadron is looking at making permanent repairs, but in the meantime, drivers should take caution at this circle.

Last week at the Northside Post Office an individual in uniform was not wearing a hat. When approached and asked to put on a hat, the individual pointed up, indicating an overhang.
