Brig. Gen. Rosanne Bailey

As you already know, the 435th Air Base Wing is responsible for supporting over 44,000 people, the largest population of Americans outside of the United States as well as maintaining support for the 86th Airlift Wing, and the base’s many other tenants from a variety of countries.

Our ability to accomplish this daunting mission rests entirely on our most important and perishable resource, our people. I firmly believe that if we take great care of our people, their families, and their quality of life and work, then they will take great care of our mission. Therefore, I will ensure we maintain focus on people and continue to work on improving their quality of life and work as well as accomplishing our mission and improving our force protection.
I am thrilled to be in Germany, excited to have the opportunity to command this fabulous wing, and determined to
