Sauerkraut and Sunshine Comedy Show

Annick Adelle set to headline the Sauerkraut & Sunshine Comedy Show April 19 from 8 to 10 p.m. at the Kazabra Club, Bldg. 1036 on Vogelweh. The show will feature the return of Joel Bryant to Kaiserslautern. Local comedian Erin Crouch will again be host. Doors open at 7 p.m., and tickets are only $12 at the door. Pulaski Automotive Skills Center’s Extended Hours

The Automotive Skills Center at Pulaski Barracks is extending its hours until September 30. Weekday hours, Monday to Friday, for our craft shop (do it yourself section), wand wash (construction slated for April completion), and vacuums will be extended from 9 a.m. to 5 p.m. to 9 a.m. to 7 p.m. For more information, visit kaiserslautern.armymwr.com.

18-Hole Golf Tournament

The Rolling Hills Golf Course is hosting an 18-Hole Golf Tournament May 4 from 9 a.m. to 2 p.m. at the course, Bldg. 8888 on Wetzel Kaserne. Teams of four will compete for prizes like a monthly membership to the golf course or a 18-hole pass with cart. Why play flat-land golf? Come up to Rolling Hills Golf Course and be challenged! May the 4th at Landstuhl Library

Join the Landstuhl Library in a library not all that far away for an open-house celebration of “May the 4th” on May 4 from noon to 4 p.m. at the library, Bldg. 3810 on Landstuhl Post. Crafts, activities, movies, and games will be available all day for every Jedi, Sith, Wookie, Droid, and all others in the galaxy. Feel free to arrive in costume. “May the Fourth be with you” Comicon

The Armstrong’s Club is hosting the “May the Fourth be with you” Comicon May 4 and 5 from 10 a.m. to 6 p.m. at the club, Bldg. 1036 on Vogelweh Housing. Entry fee is 3€ for one day, 5€ for both days, and 15€ for both days and a T-shirt. The event will feature a flea-market style with vendors selling comics, trading cards, toys, games, art and more. School Age Summer Camps

The U.S. Army Garrison Rheinland-Pfalz Child and Youth Services School Age Programs present the 2024 “Going for Gold” Summer Camp. The program offers 10 weeks of care services from June 10 to Aug 16. Registration is open now. Price varies by total family income.  These camps are for School Age Centers on Wetzel Kaserne, Landstuhl Post or Sembach Kaserne. April Fool’s 5K Fun Run

Get ready for a fun and fitness filled morning! Join the Fitness, Athletics and Aquatics program for the free April Fool’s 5K Fun-Run April 6 at the MWR Special Events Center, Bldg. 237 on Rhine Ordnance Barracks. Whether you prefer to run or walk, bring your furry friends, strollers, and families along for a great time. Sign-up starts at 9 a.m. First finishers in male, female and stroller category will receive a medal. Free Dance Lessons at Armstrong’s Club

The Armstrong’s Club has free dance lessons in six-week sessions from April 3 to May 8. The classes are on Wednesday at 7 p.m. Focus is on Two Step, Swing and Line Dancing. Thirteen other styles of dance are available on request. Wear smooth bottomed shoes. Rubber souled athletic shoes are not ideal for dancing. Adventures of Mr. Toad Performances

The Award-Winning KMC Onstage is pleased to celebrate Month of the Military Child with their Spring Youth Performance, “The Adventures of Mr. Toad” (A musical update to “The Wind in the Willows”) April 5 to 7 and April 12 to 14 at the KMC Onstage Studio, KCAC, Bldg. 3109 on Daenner Kaserne. Performances are 7 p.m. Friday, and 2 p.m. Saturday and Sunday. Golf Clinic at Woodlawn Golf Course

The Baumholder Youth Sports and Fitness department is offering a brand-new Golf Program from April 8 to May 1 at the Woodlawn Golf Course on Ramstein Air Base. The SNAG (Starting New at Golf) Clinic is for ages 5 to 7 and costs $50, offers a total of 6 sessions and is instructed by a certified golf professional. The traditional Golf Clinic is for ages 8 to 15 and costs $75, offers a total of 8 sessions and is also instructed by a certified golf professional. Mario Mania Month of the Military Child Event

Ready! Set! Go! Celebrate our military children with a party to remember April 11 from 4 to 5:30 p.m. at the Baumholder Library, Bldg. 8332 on Smith Barracks. Become part of the famous plumber brothers crew as library patrons set out to save the princess from danger. Throw Fireballs at piranha plant emerging from a pipe! Jump ‘N’ Run on an obstacle course to get to the lava pit. Will patrons be able to cross it to save the day and save the princess? 2024 USAG RP Unit Level Softball Leagues

Registration for the USAG Rheinland-Pfalz Unit Level Softball is from April 12 to 13 May. Letters of Intent are available at the Kleber, Hall of Champions, Landstuhl, Mountaineer, ROB and Sembach Physical Fitness Centers. Army Active Duty, family members, and DOD civilians with ID cards, who are ages 18 and older, are eligible to participate. Landstuhl VAT Office New Hours of Operation

The Landstuhl Value-Added Tax Office inside the Landstuhl Library, Bldg. 3810, Landstuhl Post, will be closed on Mondays starting April 8.  The new hours of Operation are: Tuesday to Thursday, from 10 a.m. to 2 p.m., Friday, noon to 4 p.m., and closed every Monday, Saturday, Sunday, and all U.S. Federal Holidays.  Find out more at kaiserslautern.aarmymwr.com.

Red Pin Bowling

Red Pin Bowling happens every Friday from 4 to 10 p.m. at the Strikers Bowling Center, Bldg. 8105 on Smith Barracks in Baumholder. Bowlers who make a strike while the head pin is red, will receive a free game coupon. The red pin will be randomly placed as the head pin. For more information, visit baumholder.armymwr.com.

Chuck’s Pub Trivia at Armstrong’s Club

Armstrong’s Club announces Chuck’s Pub Trivia every Friday from 7 to 10 p.m., Bldg. 1036 on Vogelweh Housing. This trivia is a professional, multi-media competition with different formats and puzzles for teams to solve. Bring a team or join one. Grand prize is $50. Full Nerd Friday

The time has come for “Revenge of the Nerds” every Friday from 6 to 10 p.m. at the Baumholder Warrior Zone, Bldg. 8218 on Smith Barracks. This is a free event for 18 and older, and registration is not required. There will be a full assortment of table-top, role-playing games, board games, video games. Come one, come all in Cosplay! Bring Your Own Board Game at Strikers Bowling Center

The Pinsetters’ Pub has Bring Your Own Board Game every Friday at 5 p.m. until closing. This is a free event and preregistration is not required. All gamers, 18 and older, are welcome.
