Army Family Action Plan provides Soldiers, Army Civilians, Family members, Survivors, and Retirees a voice by identifying issues and concerns for Army Senior Leadership resolution. Issues can be submitted online through the Army Family Web Portal at Submission deadline is Sep. 25.

SKIES Irish Dance Classes

9/11 Tribute Swim

The Baumholder Aquatic Center invites swimmers (ages 13 and older) to partake in the first 9-11 Tribute Swim 10 a.m. to 5 p.m., Sep. 11.  COVID-19 mitigation practices will be enforced at all times. Swimmers will need to show a valid vaccination card or a negative test. Entrance fee is $3.  Swimmers who have a reservation will have priority over walk-ins. The Child and Youth Services are hosting an in-person job fair 9 a.m. to noon, Sep. 21 at the Wetzel Teen Center, Bldg. 8875. Civilian Fitness Program Fairs

Free Civilian Fitness Program Fairs for Federal Civilians and Local National employees will be held in Kaiserslautern and Baumholder. The Baumholder fair will be 11 a.m. to 1 p.m., Sep. 15 at the Hall of Champions Fitness Center, Bldg. 8105, on Smith Barracks. The Kaiserslautern fair will be held 11 a.m. to 1 p.m., Sep. 16 at the Sembach Fitness Center, Bldg. 105 on Sembach Kaserne.  The Civilian Fitness Program affords individuals three hours per week during work hours to maintain overall health and wellbeing. KMC Onstage Studio Shows presents “An Evening of One Acts!”

Rocky Horror Shadow Show Auditions

Be a part of the huge annual KMC Onstage Theater production of the Rocky Horror Shadow Show by auditioning for roles in the cult classic Sep. 20 & 21 from 6-8 p.m. at the KCAC on Daenner Kaserne, Bldg. 3109. Fall German Hunting Course

The German Hunting Course is an intensive program (approximately 8 weeks) in which during the course participants will learn land management, game disease and harvest plans, as well as earn the right to hunt and own firearms and earn your German hunting certification.  Classes are Sep. 11 through Dec 12. Air Force Birthday Golf Scramble

What better way to celebrate the Air Force’s 74th birthday, then with a Golf Scramble, Saturday, Sep 18. Make your own team for this 18-hole, four-person, and scramble-format event. Shotgun start is at 9 a.m. Ties for the low gross score will be decided by a sudden death playoff starting on Hole 1 and continuing to Hole 2 until a winner is determined.
