2023 ROBtoberfest-Reserve your seat now!

USAG Rheinland-Pfalz will host one of the most highly anticipated events of the year, the two-day ROBtoberfest Sep. 8 from 7 to 11 p.m. and Saturday, Sep. 9, from 1 to 5 p.m. The event will take place at the Family and MWR Special Events Center, Bldg. 237 on Rhine Ordnance Barracks. This Volksfest (folk festival) will feature live performances by the authentic German Oktoberfest Band, Bavarian Express. ROBtoberfest Baumholder Shuttle Tickets

For Baumholder Community members, a special shuttle option is available to the ROBtoberfest, Sep. 8 & 9, Special Events Center on Rhine Ordnance Barracks in Kaiserslautern. Cost is $15 for ages 18 and older and $5 for ages 17 and younger. Pick Up Location: Wagon Wheel Theater parking lot, Smith Barracks Drop Off Location: Special Events Center, Rhine Ordnance Barracks. Nice Guy Comedy Night

The Nice Guy Comedy Show is coming to the Kazabra Club, Bldg. 2057 on Vogelweh, Sep. 22 from 8 to 10 p.m. Doors open at 6:30 p.m., and tickets are only $10 at the door. Local Comedian Erin Crouch will be your host for this night of laughter. For more information, visit kaiserslautern.armymwr.com.

Free Dance Lessons at Armstrong’s Club

Patrons can learn to Two-Step and other dance styles with free beginner dance lessons from Oct. 4 to Nov. 8 at the Armstrong’s Club, Bldg. 1036 on Vogelweh Housing. This is a six-week class that meets once a week on Wednesday at 7 p.m. Focus will be on Two-Step, Swing, and Line Dancing. NFL London 2023

Kaiserslautern Outdoor Recreation is offering a two, three-night tours to watch NFL Games in London. The tour for the Jacksonville Jaguars Vs. Rolling Hills Night Golf

Functional Fitness Competition

Athletes will show their proficiency across a variety of movement patterns, activities, and energy systems at the Functional Fitness Competition Oct. 14 from 9 a.m. to noon at the Functional Fitness Training Center, Bldg. 229 on Rhine Ordnance Barracks. Entry fee is $20. This competition is capped at 20 participants. Participants must register on or before Oct. 6 at Sembach, Kleber, ROB, Landstuhl or Mountaineer Fitness Centers.

Trivia Night at the Landstuhl Community Club

The Landstuhl Community Club is hosting a monthly Trivia Night the first Thursday of every month starting Oct. 5. This is a groups or single trivia style. Winners will receive a prize of $50. Children’s Craft Classes

The Baumholder Arts & Crafts Center is now offering Children’s Craft Classes for preschool children, ages 3 to 5. Cost is $15 per child. All materials and instruction are included in the cost. Ryder Cup Competition

Non-members will need to pay. A German and American team of 18 players will compete for the Ryder Cup Trophy by playing “Four Ball,” “Foursomes,” and “Match Play.” Why play flat-land golf?
