ECHUG offers assessments for individuals to enter information about their drinking habits and gives feedback about their use of alcohol. In addition to ECHUG, other agencies such as the American Red Cross, Employee Assistance Program, and Armed Forces Against Drunk Driving offered resources and benefit information to the Kaiserslautern Military Community.

The ECHUG program is a personalized, evidence-based online intervention that is designed to motivate users to make positive changes, enhance overall well-being and mental health. The fair offered community members a chance to meet with helping agencies, receive information about offers and services, and utilize a QR code to take the ECHUG assessment.
