All About The KMC Housing Furnishings Management Section

The KMC Housing Furnishings Management Section is here to support you and make your transition as pleasant as possible. FMS provides loaner furniture for up to 90 days when you are PCSing in or out of the KMC. FMS also provides washing machines, dryers, refrigerators and transformers — as necessary — for the length of your tour. The appliance shop will hook up your washer and dryer the same day it gets delivered. Newcomers, please contact FMS to schedule your loaner furniture once you have a certified rental agreement.

The Furniture Management Section walk-in hours are 7:30 a.m.–3:30 p.m., Monday – Thursday and 7:30 a.m.–3 p.m. on Fridays. We are closed on U.S. and German holidays. Upcoming Office Closures:

The KMC Housing Office and Furnishings Management Section will be closed on May 26 in observance of the Holiday and on May 29 due to a German legal holiday.
