1:44 a.m.: Operation of a U.S. Army Europe-plated vehicle without a USAREUR license was reported in Hauptstuhl.

6:35 p.m.: Failure to obey a lawful order or regulation and operating a USAREUR-plated vehicle with expired registration were reported in Kaiserslautern.

11:15 p.m.: Drunk and disorderly conduct, provoking speeches and gestures, resisting arrest and conduct unbecoming of an officer were reported on Ramstein.

• A family member was barred from all U.S. military installations in Europe for his use and possession of controlled substances.

NEIGHBORHOOD WATCH
The 569th U.S. Forces Police Squadron will implement a new process in order to streamline the flow of information to the general public. Instead of consolidating intelligence, sending it through the operations section and presenting it during monthly meetings, information pertaining to criminal trends within the KMC will be disseminated directly to Neighborhood Watch block captains via email. If you would like to take part in this new initiative, email 569usfps.s2@ramstein.af.mil. Those who have not been through Neighborhood Watch training conducted by the 569th USFPS/S3O will be contacted for training. After training, participants will be added to the distribution list.
