Local colonels tapped for rank of brigadier general

Two Ramstein-based colonels were recently nominated by the President to the Senate for appointment to the grade of brigadier general.

Col. Dave C. Howe is the Deputy Director of Installations and Mission Support and the U.S. Air Forces in Europe Civil Engineer Division.

Col.  Steven J. Spano is the Director, Communications and Information, Headquarters USAFE.
