The 8th Komen Race for the Cure


***image1***Who: The German affiliate of the Susan G. Komen Breast Cancer Foundation will host the eighth annual Race for the Cure in Frankfurt.  What: A five-kilometer run or a two-kilometer walk. When: Sept. 30. Warm-up with music at 10:15 a.m.; walk starts at 10:45 a.m.; race starts at 11 a.m. Where: It starts and ends on the Sachsenhausen side of the Main River, right in the heart of Frankfurt on the Museumsufer on the Main River, look for signs. Entry fees: €15 for adults until Sept. 16, thereafter and on race day, € 20; €12 for teams of 10 or more; €10 for students on school teams; €10 for kids under 12; children under age 6 are free.
