Running uphill

***image1***The Seventh Nanstein Mountain Run takes place Saturday in Landstuhl. Within this run, the Landstuhl running association, LLG, sponsors a cross-bike-run and a walking event. The cross-bike-run starts at 1 p.m. at the Allwetterbad (public swimming-pool). After running 5.4 kilometers, participants continue their way up to Nanstein Castle on their bikes. Helmets are requested. The mountain run of 7.8 km starts at 3 p.m. and the walking on forest paths of 5 km begins at 3:05 p.m. Individual walkers and groups can take part. Starting fee is 2.50 EUR.
