Service Culture Spotlight: Harlena Banks

U.S. Army Garrison Rheinland-Pfalz highlights Harlena Banks for Service Culture Spotlight!

Harlena, who calls Nashville, Tennessee, her hometown, serves as USAG Rheinland-Pfalz’s Fingerprint Coordinator and Human Resources Assistant for DPTMS and Military Personnel Division.

Her primary duties include capturing and submitting fingerprints for service members, contractors and their dependents. Harlena also assists in the Kleber ID Card office. She has been working for the USAG Rheinland-Pfalz for 10 months and has 11 years of civil service under her belt.

“I love seeing the smile on a customer’s face, knowing that I’m providing a service that meets a need in their life. Whether doing fingerprints for background check, employment, citizenship, volunteering or adoption, this service is a process that gets the customer closer to something that means a lot to them and their families.”
