Smith of Ramstein Royals shuts out Stuttgart Panthers

Ethan Smith had all the right stuff on March 23 for Ramstein Royals, allowing zero runs and besting Stuttgart Panthers by a score of 1-0.

The pitching was strong on both sides. Smith struck out eight, while Wesley Coglianese sat down three.

One bright spot for Stuttgart Panthers was a double by Jack Harris in the first inning.

Smith took the win for Ramstein Royals. He lasted five innings, allowing four hits and zero runs while striking out eight and walking one.

Coglianese took the loss for Stuttgart Panthers. While surrendering one run on four hits over four and a third innings, striking out three.

Kaden Romleski, Tieran Shoffner, Smith, and Chris Guzaldo each collected one hit to lead Ramstein Royals. Ramstein Royals was sure-handed in the field and didn’t commit a single error. Nathan Kranz had the most chances in the field with eight.
