USAFE honors 2003 outstanding performers

U.S. Air Forces in Europe announced the command’s 2003 annual award winners during a banquet held at the Ramstein Officers’ Club April 2.
Awards were presented in the categories of airman, NCO, senior NCO, first sergeant of the year, company grade officer, and civilian categories I and II.
