The following is a list of performances and events happening in the KMC and nearby locations. Dates are subject to change.

Starting at 11:30 a.m., guests can taste  dampfnudeln with potato soup or wine sauce.  In the afternoon homemade cakes and coffee will be served. Morbach is a part of Niederkirchen, which is located north of Otterberg.

• Second children’s chamber concert, “With the time machine back to the 17th century,” with works by Bach and Haendel, 11 a.m. Sunday.

• “Nur noch kurz die Welt retten,” a Europe revue, 8 p.m. Sunday and March 18.

• “Der Barbier von Sevilla,” an opera by Gioacchino Rossini, in Italian, 7:30 p.m. Thursday.

• No Music in K-Town features the bands MARII, LammBock and State of the Art presenting rock and pop, 8 p.m. today. Tickets cost €7.

• The female duet Boy presents pop, 8 p.m. March 14. Tickets cost €30.

• Jazz Stage meets Rhythm ‘n’ Blues with Albert Koch and Tom Woll, 8 p.m. today. Tickets cost €14.

• The German Radio Philharmonics Saarbruecken Kaiserslautern present “Leipzig, Venetian and Parisian Baroque” with works by Bach, Vivaldi and Rameau, 1 p.m. April 14. Lunch is being served at noon. Tickets with lunch cost €21, without lunch €12.

• Dinner murder mystery: “Bei Verlobung, Mord,” murder during engagement party, in German,

• “Piano Mallets,” a concert with mallet instruments (marimba and vibraphone) player Roland Haerdtner and pianist Boris Ritter performing a crossover program, 5 p.m. March. 20. Tickets cost €12.

A life-sized Easter Bunny passes out little gifts to children, who can have their faces painted and take part in crafting. New car models are on display at Carlfritz-Nicolay-Platz. Cochem at the Mosel River holds its Easter market Saturday and Sunday. Numerous vendors offer Easter gifts, decorations, and eating and drinking specialties.
