Ramstein’s newest NCOs
Ramstein congratulates 566 new NCOs as the Air Force Personnel Center at Randolph Air Force Base, Texas, releases the 2004 E-5 promotion list.
The new staff sergeant selects will be promoted sometime between September and next August, based on their promotion sequence number.
