Guests were invited to attend the opening where they viewed the artwork of students from Kaiserslautern, Ramstein, Sembach and Vogelweh schools. The theme of the exhibit is “The Shape of the World Around Us,” an exhibition of work by American students.

“Art is an international language,” said Lord Mayor Deubig.

Kaiserslautern American High School students Kat Hill, a junior; Jacqueline Lowe, a junior; Anna Sauer, a senior;  and Rachel West, a senior, along with their voice coach Lindsay Faldenberry, performed a musical interlude “From Italy to Broadway” and several other songs to entertain the guests.
