Airmen from the 435th Contingency Response Group traveled to Cerklje Air
Base, Slovenia, to conduct a security familiarization event Jan. 21
through 25. The 435th CRG is an organizationuniquely suited for 
building partnership missions. With 42 different career fields, the unit
can engage with partner nations in core mission areas across the Air
Force spectrum.

New surcharge on Visa purchases

As of Jan. 27, merchants in the United States and U.S. Territories are permitted to impose a surcharge on any credit card transaction that uses a MasterCard or Visa branded card, which includes the Government Travel Charge Card, both for Individually Billed Accounts and Centrally Billed Accounts.

responder vehicles, such as police cars and ambulances, not being
