The championship team of the 1. FC Kaiserslautern from 1991 will play a
charity soccer game May 21 in Landstuhl. Under the auspices of Kurt
Beck, minister president of Rheinland-Pfalz, the game starts at 6:30
p.m. Monday in the stadium

May is Asian Pacific Heritage Month, set aside first in 1978 as a
two-week celebration and expanded in 1990 to a month, to celebrate and
learn about Asian Pacific culture, history and the contributions of
Asian Pacific Americans.
A medieval fest takes place 11 a.m. to 10 p.m. Saturday and 10 a.m. to 8 p.m. Sunday on Landskron Castle in Oppenheim.
